Hi The laptop was working perfectly fine, no issues. Also, the antivirus ESET was installed and active. Suddenly, it started showing the issue. The issue is, every time I turn on the laptop the screen turns into the attached photo. Nothing works after that. I bought my laptop a year and half ago and it worked well, but now it sometimes gives me a blue screen and many things have slowed down and it is not possible to simplify share my screen for my friends. I think the hardware has some problem.
