Astell and Kern portable music MODEL kANN purchased some 6-8 years ago. The Kann shows a few hundred songs which were loaded some 6 years ago. Attempts to load further songs have proved fruitless. When attached with correct fittings to a desktop Mac and a Macbook Air the Kann doesn't show up on the menu it should and therefore can't load., My actions in this are inserting a cord attached to the audio outlet of the Kern and plugged into the Mac and macbook.
