I have an old Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop with some files (mainly photos) on it that I can’t access. I want someone to try to access the hard drive and put the photos on a USB for me. When I power on the laptop it says ‘Dell Media cannot access the hard drive. The may be because you have enabled Microsoft BitLocker. Microsoft Express is not accessible when Microsoft BitLocker is enabled’.
