Looking for an experienced landscaper to complete front yard landscaping at our property in Seaford. The goal is a simple layout with a central lawn area and limestone gravel borders. Scope of works • Prepare and level central area for approximately 25m² natural turf • Supply and lay natural turf (Kikuyu or similar) • Supply and install lawn soil base where required • Install treated pine timber edging/sleeper borders to define lawn and gravel areas • Create a small garden bed under the front bedroom window (soil preparation only – plants not required) • Spread and level limestone gravel around the lawn and along the fence lines • Ensure clean edges between lawn and gravel Existing site conditions • Brick path/pavers have already been removed • Two existing garden beds near the front fence will remain • Area may require minor levelling and soil preparation before turf is laid • Photos attached to show current condition Materials We will supply: • Limestone gravel Tasker to supply: • Turf • Soil base • Timber edging • Tools and equipment Additional details • Easy access via driveway • Looking for someone with landscaping experience and attention to detail • Please include availability and examples of similar work if possible

We are preparing a property for sale in the next 1–3 months and are looking to simplify and tidy both the front and back yards to improve presentation. Backyard: The rear yard is partially paved. There is a raised section with a ramp that needs to be removed. We would like the raised section levelled and made more cohesive.
