This is a straightforward, clean finish landscaping job suitable for new builds. My under construction house needs a simple landscaping. The land descends from front to back by approx 1 meter. lot is 12.5m×37m. My idea is to level the lot till the house length which is 20m and then give couple of stairs to go in down in backyard.
