Backyard, between the pergola, side and back fence

There is an old driveway in the curb out the front of my house that needs removing and replacing. 3800mm in length I’ve been let down by a few contractors and keen to get this done ASAP. It needs council approval once a contractor has been secured and they require proof of $20mil public liability insurance. I had 1 contractor suggest a cheaper option would be to cut out excess concrete on house side and fill the excess. I’m open to whatever is cheapest that will hold soil and turf.

New build and current lawn was installed poorly (soil not prepared properly and poor choice of lawn variety so current lawn will need poisoning and excavating of some soil, as well as some rotary hoeing (may need to be done by hand to avoid existing watering system and also narrow side access), adding gypsum and loam and installing Sir Walter Buffalo grass (we can provide). Paving is a small space only 5m2. Site needs to be prepped (currently lawn). Some pavers will need to be cut. We can provide pavers as well. Part of a retaining wall needs repair, it's tilting over. Full wall is ~20 m long, however only ~9m needs repair. Height of wall in relevant section is 80cm - 100cm. The post bases don't seem to be installed in a straight line, so a simple fix of installing new posts (through the concrete) may be an option.
