1. Garden help: A. Dig out a big patch of healthy ferns that have overgrown a garden bed (approx 2m2) and remove - while not damaging the plants or irrigation around them please! B. I would also like a strip around 30cm across x 2m wide of grass dug out behind the garden bed to enlarge it. We have a green waste bin, or you can take and sell on the salvageable ferns if wanted. 2. Remove old solar fairy lights which are twined around the higher trunk and branches of a tree on the median strip out front of our house and replace them with new working solar fairy lights. I will supply the new lights. The attached solar panel will need positioning to catch the sun. The tree is a leopard tree with loose bark, and the lights are about 1.5m and higher in the branches. You will need to be comfortable with heights and safe climbing trees. These jobs don't have to be done on the same day; we are flexible.

The veg garden beds are low-set, approx 1.2 m x 2.4 m, edged with old sleepers.. This one-off job is to: * slightly reposition four beds to move them approx 40 cms towards each other, to create two larger beds, each approx 2.4 m x 2.4 m. * shore up and secure the bed edging with sleepers and hardwood stakes (all provided) * Move and secure the two end sleepers of a fifth bed. We require an outdoor pathway (approx 1200 wide and 10m long) through a garden area. It will require 2-4 built in wide stairs . There is a gentle slope. the site has already been cleared and prepared .

I'm currently completing a renovation on a property that will be tenanted out. I'm looking for help from a person that has good experience with general landscaping (and there might be a few minor outdoor handy man type of items). I will be getting an arborist to trim some of the larger trees on the fence line and looking for the follow help in terms of scope of work Back & Front yard clean up - Organise delivery of mulch and put across front yard area (left hand side) and backyard area (back), and front hard (front shrubs) - remove any overgrown weeds or plants / dead plants - clean up side of the house garden bed and put in any shrubs if needed - clean out back part of the house + shed area (tidy up + Mulch) - The walk-way has been laid with new concrete and new gates will be fitted - there is minor landscaping needed next to the patio (happy to share updated photos) - Handyman - clean the BBQ / patio area and degrease - lawnmower all the lawn (front and back + whipper snip) - Fix the mailbox (needs to be reconreted) if we cant fix it I can agree to buy appropriate one at local bunnings - Dig out the meter box - there are ants around and it needs to be cleaned out a little so the soil dosnt keep going back in There might be a few other items. if I did this myself it would likely be 2 or 3 days of work. Use turf cutter (we will hire) to lift area approx 15m X 2m of turf, profile ground to a spoon drain with centre approx 5 to 6cm deep then re-lay turf. Turf to be cut to maximum depth so will be very heavy. - Due date: Before Monday, 20 June 2022
