Hi Looking for someone who can fix a small issue with our kitchen sink tap hose. The pull-out hose has retracted back under the sink after the tap head was unscrewed. It is now dangling loosely beneath and needs to be threaded back through and re-attached. Should be a quick fix for someone who knows their way around taps/plumbing.

When I turn on the hot water at the kitchen sink, I get hot water briefly, but then it turns cold. Hot water system is working fine in all other taps and showers except at the kitchen sink.

Kitchen sink is backing up quite bad in new home. Toilets/shower draining fine. Other sinks also draining fine. P-trap is fine so appears to be a blockage further down the line

I have unblocked half of the pvc pipes under my sink, but think there is still fat in the sbend. I cannot undo the pipes to clear them. I need someone to undo the pipes, unblock them and then do up all pipes checking that the pipes do not leak on completion.
