Repair kitchen sink, loose from frame and plaster and paint 2 holes in the wall

One of my bathroom tap (cold tap) is leaking because of the tap seat worn out. Also need to change the under sink water filter in kitchen.

** Hi all ** 10/12 - Apologies about the edit to this task. I had a good suggestion that it was silly to fix the mixer tap but better to replace it (which makes sense). I would need someone to grab a similar mixer tap from bunnings and install it (of course making sure it doesnt wobble like the current one). If you could please quote/price the job including purchasing/supplying the mixer tap *** Mixer tap in the kitchen sink is loose. See attached still images and I can text a video to you if required. Needs some sort of attachment above and below the sink line perhaps to tighten and hold it in place. You can see from the images that there is a black grommet which has broken that perhaps used to keep it in place more.

A need a plumber to change the kitchen sink mixer with new I got and to replace the current toilet cistern with new. Toilet cistern needs to still bought from Bunnings. So please quote for 2 replacements and cost of cistern which you bring along.
