We’re renovating our kitchen and looking for an experienced handyman to complete the following works: * Demolition of entire kitchen, including pantry, and rubbish removal/disposal * Patch and repair plasterboard after demolition * Install/repair cornice where required * Plaster patching, filling and sanding to achieve a smooth finish The kitchen is approximately 3m x 4m and the house is single level with easy access – no stairs involved. We’re looking for someone who can complete the make-good works neatly and get the area ready for the new kitchen installation. Please provide a quote and let us know whether materials and rubbish removal/disposal are included.

Plumber required to renovate two bathrooms and to install new kitchen (in different location to existing kitchen). No gas required in new kitchen but will require the gas to be closed off and made safe in old kitchen location. Also installation of plumbing for outdoor hot & cold shower.

Full kitchen install, including cutting benchtop (incl. for sink) and setting in place and applying caulking around edges. Must be finished by 7am Saturday 29th August when the flooring is being installed. Empty corner will have hot water heater installed in it. We may put panels around that, but need to wait until it is in to determine. Appliances include freestanding combined washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and stove/oven unit. Attached here are plans.

Kitchen cabinets will be assembled. Existing kitchen will be removed. Approximately 9 cabinets to install. Sink, stove and dishwasher are being moved around. 4 wall cabinets to hung also. The kitchen is being purchased this weekend. Installation won't be for approx 3 weeks. Must be a Saturday or Sunday job. I will also assist. Happy to offer a confident installer $60 an hour.

Firstly, As you can see in the first photo, the kitchen is approximately 250 cm wide. I don’t want to make any changes to the wall cabinets or anything above the splashback. My main requirement is to replace the existing black benchtops on all three sides with a modern laminate benchtop. I would also like to replace the existing gas cooktop with a newer model and, if possible, install a modern black sink. All the measurements shown in the photos are in centimetres. In one of the photos, you’ll notice a pillar on the left-hand side with an opening in it. I’d like the breakfast bar/ledge to be extended all the way to that pillar. If it is structurally possible, the upper part of the pillar would need to be removed so the benchtop can continue across to the end, creating one continuous surface. Initially, this was the only work I wanted done. Secondly, we can also consider - In the photo, you’ll also notice an empty space next to the pillar. I’d like to extend the base cabinets into that area to create space for a dishwasher. The distance from the wall to the pillar is approximately 150 cm, and I would like to extend the kitchen by a further 90 cm, making that the full length of the new base cabinets. This would include new lower cabinets, benchtops and a new splashback while keeping the existing upper cabinets. Please have a look and let me know your thoughts and provide a quotation.

install of kaboodle kitchen (entry level install, small size in ground floor unit) we will be removing current kitchen ourselves, also have own electrician and plumber set up for oven, sink, microwave etc. Please note you must be a licensed contractor with public liability insurance as this is a unit and a renovation application has to go through Strata

Changes to electrical wiring in 2 x bathrooms, pantry and laundry room, and kitchen as per sketches. Refer to electrical scope comments in blue (disregard plumbing and builders works comments). Will organise a site inspection later this week for interested parties.
