We recently move in to the new address in Hurtsville and we have a ISP DODO (Which is new). We also have a EERO 6 router. We have a Coaxial socket(HCF) at our home. please refer to the image. Current set up: I have NBN, NetComm Router, Linksys Mesh with 3 Nodes. I have smart home hubs (Hue, IKEA) with lights and smart plugs connected. I also have multiple HomePods. Khai was extremely helpful. He knew what he was talking about, tried many options and was open to suggestions. In the end the main problem was resolved and the other smaller issues I now have an understanding of what to do to fix. He also provided helpful information to try resolve this problem if it happens again, and offered advice on what other things I should do to get better network speeds and connectivity throughout my house.
