Hi ! We are selling our house and would love to have some various paint touch ups around our small 3x2 house in Treeby. This mainly consists of touching up where the ceiling and wall meet in a few places around the house, although the small front hallway likely needs a full repaint. There are a couple other bits around the house too. I have more photos of every spot we’d love to have redone if that would help with an accurate quote. Home will be vacant (very little furniture) however, floors need to be protected. Condition of walls is generally good with some minor repair in select locations (ie. where hooks removed). Some ceilings have ceiling roses, requiring spray painting. Allow for repair of cornices where cracked. Please allow for 2x coats, Wattyl paint or similar. Colour: Antique White or similar (throughout, all walls and ceilings), and minor repairs including sanding to select areas. Timeframe: Late April / early May
