Rental property needs all interior walls and ceilings painted. 4 bedrooms including some parts of built ins where walls are painted, kitchen, hallway, lounge, storage room, 2nd shower and toilet and laundry. Ceiling will be white and walls off white. Must supply paint and have own equipment. Must be experienced. Will need 3 coats. Will need to make sure no paint is spilled on flooring etc. Expect it will be 1-2 days worth of work.
