A single-story 10years old house in Ferntree Gully has to be painted. 4 bedrooms, living, family, kitchen, passage, bathroom, & laundry. Standard size house inside including walls only(white) 2 coats, ceilings(family, living & passage only), front door only, other doors (just touch up, 1 hour work) & porch ceiling & front eaves have to be painted. The paints & masking tapes will be supplied, labour only. Few ceiling cracks and wall damage have to be plastered. The painting has to be finished by this Friday / Saturday. Thanks

5 bedroom home, kitchen, living, dining, lounge, 2 bathrooms, study/landing area, hallway and laundry to be painted all neutral colour ready for the property to suit a tenant/family. Whatever colour is most cost effective, suits entire house, is neutral but also easy for tenants with kids to keep as clean as possible, not dark. Exterior has some need for painting where there is sun damage. Keep same colour, just repair painting required. Will be entirety vacant to paint easily week of 30th Jan. Ideally painted from then as quickly as possibly to be ready for tenant to move in. Please contact if you are reliable, affordable, available and would like to inspect to quote properly. Relisting, as the air tasker whose offer we accepted cancelled due to being unable to start on Tuesday, as required. Here we go again..... >>>> Hi! We're in need of a painter for a house we've recently reconfigured. I've attached some photos (from the original real estate listing - there has been some movement of walls since then), along with a plan, showing the areas that need painting. There's a combination of areas of new plaster and walls that need a fresh coat (in good condition - not much prep work). The trim does not need to be painted, with the exception of a some newly installed lengths of skirting, a couple of doors and jambs and one small window trim. Ceilings in the laundry and living area will also need painting (shaded orange on plan). Nothing to paint in the WIR/ensuite/bathroom and toilet. The house has lots of ceiling to floor windows, as well as built-in cupboards, and two kitchens, so there isn't actually that much wall left to be painted in comparison with a typical house. It will (definitely, this time!) be ready to paint from Tuesday 8th Feb, and we'd be keen to get the job done as soon as possible from that date. House will be mostly empty of furniture.
