I have a 3 bedroom 3 story House that needs painting on the interior. I would like you to complete this job and include all the materials needed to do it. Please quote and share details on the products you plan to use for different rooms and bathrooms walls, ceilings, doors, stairways and skirting boards. Colour is white, I wish to paint everywhere in warm white. Attached photos has a floor plan for dimensions. The house will be empty. The interior area is about 180 sqm. Also please provide your estimate of completion time. There will be a free parking spot available for you to park. Looking to start on 24 April 2026.

Under my TV I had a cable hider which has now been removed (cables now in the wall) and adhesive mark below TV needs to be filled and painted. I have managed to get the adhesive off and it’s taken away some paint which has left 2 gaps needing filled and painted.

Vermiculite Ceilings in all rooms except bathroom & kitchen. Bathroom ceiling – Apply one coat in ceiling White Walls – prep where needed – any holes/ dings repaired and no more gapping where needed. Apply two coats in Natural white Trims – lightly sand and prep all door frames and doors including front and back of balcony door.
