We’ve recently moved into a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home and are looking for an experienced home organiser to help us properly set things up from the start. With two young children, we’re really keen to get good systems in place early so the house stays manageable (and doesn’t descend into chaos within weeks!). We expect this to be a fairly big job — ideally completed in one full day (around 8 hours) or two half days. Please quote your hourly rate when responding. We’re looking for someone who: • Has a great eye for organisation and practical storage solutions • Can work independently and confidently • Is proactive and solutions-focused • Is happy to declutter, tidy and implement systems • Can make the most of storage items we already own • Is mindful that we’d prefer not to purchase new storage unless genuinely necessary • Can suggest minimal, smart additions if needed (we have a small budget available) • Is able to remove rubbish and take charity shop donations at the end We’d love a full sweep of the house, including: • 4 bedrooms • 2 walk-in wardrobes • Under-stairs storage • 2 living rooms • Kids’ toy areas • Walk-in pantry • Kitchen • Laundry • 3 bathrooms • Double garage Our goals are to: • Finish unpacking properly • Create logical, family-friendly systems • Declutter where needed • Set up sustainable storage that’s realistic to maintain • Make toy areas functional and easy to keep tidy • Create practical storage in the garage I’ll be available for guidance and questions, but ideally would love someone who can take initiative and run with it once we’ve discussed the plan.

Maid Task Summary Schedule: 4 days per week, every second day (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday – confirm preferred days with me, times can also very slightly we will discuss) Core Cleaning Duties (each visit): General cleaning and tidying throughout the house, including: All toilets and bathrooms. Kitchen (counters, appliances, sink, floors, bins). Living areas, bedrooms, and other common spaces (dusting, vacuuming/mopping floors, tidying surfaces). Any other visible clutter or spills. Pet Care (each visit): Clean and refresh two cats' litter trays. Wipe up any cat spills, hair, or messes. (Note: I handle all cat feeding.) Shopping (once per week): Replenish essential household items based on my provided list (e.g., cleaning supplies, toiletries, pantry basics). Additional Notes: Use provided cleaning supplies unless otherwise specified. Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken items) to me immediately.
