8 rooms total, one cost of paint to all, please give your hourly rate. Roller and brush only as tenants are living there.

Hi there, Our place has recently had some renos and need a few painting bits done - some minor paint defects on walls - some glosswork on the skirting where it has been marked by floor Sander. - paint around one soffit and a few westherboards. - potentially painting of some casement windows - potentially painting the outside of some window jams and sils. Generally we have all internal paint available but will need external paint for outside outside.

Need to render bedroom and section where stairs were removed. Standard finish. Approximately 42 sqm. early next week would be great! - Due date: Before Thursday, 5 October 2023

Hi there, I’m looking for painters to paint the interior of my home. Its a two bedroom, two storey townhouse where I will need walls, ceilings, doors and architraves and skirtings done. I don’t need the bathrooms completed but will need 2 Bedrooms, landing, stairs, Lounge/dining, kitchen, laundry and toilet. Addendum: The property will not be vacant as I live in the home. - Due date: Flexible
