We have a home in Clontarf that is well overdue for an outside paint. Someone that is reliable, good at their trade, shows up when they say, and just is a good human all round! :-) we would love some guidance on colours, we want something fresh! We have one side of the house that needs to be rendered. It’s about 90cm2. It’s 6m high. We will hire scissor lift and supply the render. Will need to discuss if it’s spray on or apply by hand. Looking for a quote for labour to do it.

I require repainting of some external concrete posts and some fascia at my property in Wamuran (1 storey house). Here are the details: - 13 concrete posts, approximately 2.5 metres high each. Posts are about as thick as a forearm. - Fascia is approximately 75m (stepped out) The existing paint on the posts and fascia is peeling and will require preparation (scraping/sanding/cleaning) before painting. The house is easily accessible and is a 1 storey home.

I want to do painting in my 4 bed rooms and 2 bathroom house kitchen area and launge area.

Pretty much need a bond clean done, but there's paint on the window frames in all windows and on vinyl floor boards in dining, front room and hallway areas mainly. Walls won't need cleaning as they have just been painted. It's a 4 bed 2 bath home with garage converted into 2rooms.
