Find an experienced house painter in North Bondi

A small semi detached villa requires internal painting in white, walls and ceiling. The villa consists of: 3x Bedrooms 1x Hallway 1x Kitchen 1.5x Living room. 1x Bathroom

We recently have had new timber awnings put on the exterior of our house. Which need painting today or tomorrow. We have all the paint and painting equipment and ladders. The awnings required two coats of paint. I believe this is a 4 hour job. The cost showed here is for 4hours of work at $75 an hour. Paint two regular sized household doors. One with part-glass, one plain. One currently hung, one not. Remove hung door from frame. Take both doors away to YOUR premises (the work cannot be done at my place, I'm on the second floor of a walk-up building). Prepare (strip, sand etc). Apply three coats of paint (one prep, two top, paint provided). Return doors. No re-hang required.

I want the office floor (presently ceramic tiles) to be painted with the appropriate floor paint . It requires the use of specific paints/products to ensure durability as well as a sealing layer.

We need some feature timber on the front of our house sanded and re oiled. I already have the oil.

Paint front of house both ground level and first floor to match existing colour, including window panes. Patch up any nail holes. Sand over area where window was bricked up and repaint as well. Resand / patch and paint 4 very small areas inside our house. We’re not pro painters and has a go but it looks a little rough! We had PowerPoints removed - each area is approx 10cm x 10cm. We supply the paint (and rollers/brushes if necessary). - Due date: Before Sunday, 29 October 2023
