Requires full sanding, prepping, caulking, priming, and painting. Paint and primer will be provided. Must have own tools and experience in exterior painting. Must have own scaffold or ladders. Painter/s required. I need my house exterior refreshed for selling. Requires weather boards repairs (some replaced), window rot bogged & then whole exterior painted. The house is single story and relatively small (block size of 329sqm). I have put up a budget on here but would prefer you come out so you are aware of everything I want done as it will likely take around a month of work (for one person). I will include some photos of house and the worst of the window repairs required. Will need someone experienced with window frame restoration & obviously an experienced painter. Job needs to be completed by mid June so would need to be available to get started soon. On top of the quoted stated, I am going to offer a bonus $1K if the final result shows a really high standard of workmanship.
