Looking for an experienced, reliable and QBCC-licensed painter/painting crew to complete an internal repaint of a 4-bedroom house in Alexandra Hills. House: Approximately 127 m² internal floor area to be painted. Areas include: 4 bedrooms Bathroom & WC Laundry Living & dining Family area Kitchen Entry/hall areas Scope of works: Walls: Dulux Natural White – low sheen Ceilings: Dulux Vivid White – flat Skirting boards & architraves: Dulux Vivid White – semi-gloss Internal doors & door frames: Dulux Vivid White – semi-gloss Minor patching, sanding and surface preparation as required Spot priming where applicable, including repaired, bare or stained areas Two finish coats throughout for a consistent professional finish Garage and patio excluded The house is currently predominantly light colours and is being cosmetically refreshed. Timing: Work needs to be completed between 1–8 October 2026. Preference for a 2-person or larger crew capable of completing the job within this period. We have completed renovating our 2 bedroom house and are looking to get a final coat of paint on the walls. 75% of the walls/ceilings already have 2-3 coats of paint however through renovating some of the walls have gotten a few marks on them, we would just be looking to get a single coat on these walls. The remaining 25% of the walls/ceilings haven't been painted and are just bare plasterboard, we would be looking to get a couple coats on these areas. Just need the ugly cream colour to be two coat painted over in white shade of paint.. Will supply paint. You'll need the rest of your painting supplies. It's only a rental so can not get any paint on carpet. Can supply drop sheets. Lounge room, small kitchen, small bathroom, 2 x bedrooms. No ceiling or skirting needs to be painted.
