Hi, I am seeking a quotation for the supply and finishing of plaster for a new five-bedroom house that is yet to be built in Hendra. I have attached the house plans for your reference. Could you please confirm whether you provide both supply and installation, including gib stopping, or if you prefer that I supply and install the plaster while you handle the gib stopping? The specifications for the job are as follows: 10mm Standard PB for general walls and ceilings 10mm Water Resistant PB for wet area walls (Ensuites, Bathrooms, and Powder Room) 10mm Water Resistant PB for all wet area ceilings (Alfresco, Porch, Terrace, and Balcony) Direct fix furring channel ceilings at 600mm centers for internal areas Direct fix furring channel ceilings at 450mm centers for Alfresco, Porch, Terrace, and Balcony I can supply all the materials / sheeting and you can install the GiB board and finish or you can just do the finishing if you prefer. We are looking for someone to paint or help paint (pending cost) our new home prior to us moving in next week. We would need this done between 1-5th may. The short notice is due to Our previous Airtasker ( booked in 3 weeks ago ) cancelling last minute . So whoever helps us out is a real life saver! The house is a 3 bedroom house and requires painting to the bedrooms , hallway and downstairs living space walls. (No ceilings) - see pictures of the house included.
