Scope of Work: • Apply 2 coats of primer. • Apply 2 coats of Taubmans exterior paint in approximately 2–3 colours (walls, trims, doors, etc). • Varnish or stain the mud kitchen area (timber bench and drawers) for a durable outdoor finish. • Light sanding between coats for smooth finish. • Mask and protect slide, handles, and surrounding areas. Job Details: • Cubby similar in size to KidzShack elevated model (~2.4 m × 2.4 m × 2.6 m high). • Fully accessible on all sides. • Power and water available on site. • Estimated 1–2 days’ work depending on drying time. • Painter to bring own brushes, rollers, trays, drop sheets, and tools. I am looking for a quote to have our two-story 4x3 house in Bayswater painted. The walls will be fully prepped and ready, requiring two coats of paint. Additionally, we would like the roof to be coated as well. Please find the house plans attached for your reference. Could you kindly provide a quote and an estimated timeline for the project?

Repaint the house fascia, may need sanding also. My floor area is 111m2 so I would estimate that the perimeter is about 40m or so. House is single storey.

Need the external trim (gutters + fascia ~60m) on my single storey house painted, as well as the double carport trim and 1x canopy. See pictures. I will supply the paint but you will need to bring a ladder and other materials. Flexible with timing but would like done in the next few weeks.
