Regular house clean required. Prefer Fridays. 3-3.5 hours weekly at $40/hr 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living areas. Full house clean required including vacuum and mop, kitchen, dusting, bathrooms, change bed sheets (2 beds only, I will strip beds and leave fresh sheets), bring washing in off line (sometimes, and fold but not put away). Plus each week deep clean of one area in house eg master bedroom and family room - skirting, fans, windows, under couch etc. All areas deep cleaned monthly on a rotation.
