I’m looking for one reliable local person to clean our home in Tuckombil on a regular basis. I’m specifically looking for an individual cleaner who would come each time, rather than a cleaning company or rotating team. I’d like to find someone I can get to know and have regularly, initially for general house cleaning. Happy to discuss hours, frequency and rate. Please let me know a little about yourself, where you’re based, your cleaning experience and whether you’re available for ongoing regular work.

Reliable and trustworthy home cleaner wanted I’m looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and thorough to help me keep my home clean and manageable. I’d really like to find someone who is dependable, respectful of my home and belongings, and happy to work independently once they know what needs doing. I’m not looking for perfection or someone to rush through as much as possible — I’d prefer someone conscientious who takes a bit of pride in their work. The main jobs would be general household cleaning such as: * Vacuuming and mopping floors * Cleaning bathrooms and toilets * Wiping kitchen benches and surfaces * Dusting and general cleaning * Helping with other basic cleaning tasks as needed For the right person, I’d be interested in making this a regular arrangement rather than just a once-off job. Please let me know a little about your cleaning experience, whether you have regular clients, and anything else that might help me know you’re someone I can comfortably trust in my home. We’re looking for someone for 8 hours of high-quality cleaning. We’d like the time focused on the main areas of the house first, with the following priorities: Full house clean as standard: Main focus areas: - Thorough vacuuming throughout - Mop floors - Remove mould around the dining room door frame leading outside - Clean mould from window sills - Remove bugs/cobwebs and general buildup - Clean mould from the bathroom grout around the bath - Clean mould/grime around the kitchen sink - Wipe out cupboards where needed. Most cupboards are fine, but a few bathroom cupboards and around 2 kitchen cupboards could use attention. If there is extra time: - We’ve left a broom available if you’re able to scrub/remove the mould from the patio roof. I’m not sure if this is something you normally do, so only if suitable and safe. - Clean out the laundry. Items currently in the laundry cupboard can be taken out and left just outside the laundry door, as I can move them into the shed. - Clean and spray the shelf in the garage. - Vacuum the garage stairs. The house cleaning is the main priority, particularly the vacuuming, mopping and mould areas. The garage/laundry and patio roof jobs are lower priority and can be done only if there is enough time after the main cleaning is completed. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will give the house a really thorough clean rather than just a quick tidy.
