Single story 4 bed 1 bath house. It's an empty house with no furniture. Removalist are arriving at 11am so ideally it will be clean and dry by then. There are tile floors in the hallway, kitchen, livingroom, and bathroom. There is carpet in the 4 bedrooms. What we need is a vacuum of all rooms, mop tiled areas and sanitised bathroom. We also want cleaning of all surfaces including skirting, windows sills, walls where necessary, kitchen bench tops and kitchen cupboards. There is also a small external laundry. The house is in a clean and tidy condition having just been sold. We would like it freshly cleaned for moving in. The house has power but all cleaning products and equipment would need to be supplied by you.
