Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for ongoing maintenance cleaning (every 4 weeks). Scope includes 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, vanity), kitchen surfaces, vacuuming & mopping floors, dusting and general tidy. We just moved in so the place is isn't too dirty right now, and it's well maintained and kept tidy between cleans. Must bring own equipment and products. ABN and public liability insurance preferred. $140 per clean (every 4 weeks). Initial meeting & first clean : Either Wednesday 22/4 or Thursday 23/4 (I will meet you at house for first one). Once we're off and running : Flexible weekday timing on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 7:30am-3:30pm (but needs to be same day each time once set), and long-term arrangement preferred.
