This will require a thorough pre-sale clean, including all standard cleaning tasks plus the following: • Full kitchen clean (benchtops, splashbacks, cupboard fronts, handles, sink, tapware, stovetop, oven exterior, rangehood, inside microwave if applicable) • Bathrooms deep cleaned (showers, screens, tiles, grout, vanities, mirrors, toilets, tapware polished) • All windows cleaned inside and outside on the lower level • Window tracks and sills cleaned in detail • All walls spot cleaned (marks and scuffs removed where possible) • Skirting boards, trims, door frames and light switches cleaned • Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout • Dusting of all surfaces including shelves, wardrobes, blinds, and fixtures • Mirrors and glass surfaces polished • General tidy-up to ensure the property presents immaculately for photography/open home • Removal of cobwebs (internal and external entry areas) • Wipe down of stair rails and balustrades • Light fitting dusting • Internal doors cleaned (including handles) The property needs to be presented to a high standard suitable for a premium open home inspection.
