The above areas haven't been cleaned for over 6 weeks. Please expect dirty condition. We are offering $35/hour. For the first visit, because of the dirty condition, we are offering a maximum of 4 hours of payment. After the first clean, we hope you could clean the place every 2 weeks. Each visit, we are paying for 2 properties a total of 2 hours to clean the above mentioned areas (for each property). You can decide the date and time for your regular visit, so it can fit your schedule perfectly.
