I organised this task for my parents as I was unable to sort it out for them. David was punctual and very thorough. He brought the appropriate tools etc and sorted out the initial problem quickly. He set up the new Foxtel IQ5 box and talked my dad through its operation. He also helped with a Foxtel box in another room which had stopped working. David is very knowledgeable and helpful and my dad said that he would absolutely recommend him for any similar task.
