Just putting a tv wall mount up for my tv 47” on a normal wall not drywall

We have a TV that needs to be reattached to an existing Antenna. Antenna is on the roof of second story, TV is on lower level. Access is available to roof via ladder and central walk way between two pitched roofs.

We just removed the tv wall mount from the bedroom wall, which left some holes and stains there, would love to invite experienced staff to help fix and repaint the wall:)

Wall mount a 55inch TV on wall bracket that needs to be installed. Need receipt & has to be done by a licensed person. Social housing owned & they require this receipt.
