I need a service for my AC ActronAir LM7-D unit, just to check everything, top off if needed, it's been a while since last time. I replaced the filters, so no need to put new ones. The only thing is all the isolation tubing from the AC unit into the house is cracked/destroyed by sun, so it needs to be properly replaced. See pictures.

A Fujitsu unit turns on but the compressor does not start. When turning it on, the internal unit works for about a minute and then goes off with fast blinking "economy" light (indicating an error) and slower 1 blinking "operation" and 1 "timer" lights. (Timer in abmer) which suggests Communication error with the external unit. Might be just the fuse or power/board failure. External unit is accessible easily on the ground floor.
Skilled and honest with systematic approach for diagnostic. Highly recommended.
