I’m looking for someone to come and inspect a split system air conditioner which is no longer cooling and advise if it can be repaired. Outdoor unit is on the roof a ladder will be required.

Mitsubishi model number SRK35ZSA-W needs servicing. The machine is icing up and has only been installed for 3 years.

I would like someone to build a timber over for an outdoor air conditioner unit, similar to what is pictured if possible
