I've got a multi split-system air conditioner (3 indoor units, 1 outdoor unit). Indoor units need basic cleaning and one of the indoor units may need fixing as the fan keeps running even when the unit is switched off with the remote. The indoor units are Mitsubishi SKM28ZF-S. The units are mounted about 2.5m above the floor.

My Daikin inverter AC unit has a water leak after running it for 30 minutes. Need help with cleaning filters and potentially deep clean. Two AC units to be cleaned.

Just installed an AirCon outside unit at my balcony. Looking to cover the pipes on the wall with a bench or table to cover it. Other options are welcome.

After a heavy raining, my unit had no electricity due to tripping. After turning the safety switch on, I found that the AC has some problem. The fan of the outdoor unit does not move when I switch on the indoor unit.
