I need a handyman to move the air conditioning unit up on the wall

We moved into an apartment which has 1 air conditioner in the living room. We are looking to add another air conditioner in the bedroom. Looking to get some advice as to if we can keep the existing one and somehow add a new one? Or do we need to buy a new dual air con setup. Appreciate an assessment

My room has a split system air conditioner and the corner which the drain tube from the AC unit passes by has rising damp. Model is hitachi ras-e35yha. Works well enough but the room is unreasonably more humid than most other, less ventilated rooms. I’ve been told the roof does not have leaks as they have allegedly been redone and sealed, which means the damp could only be coming from a leaking drain tube. Additionally, as shown in the photos, the drain tube continues internally for a few metres after the 90 degree turn but no condensation ever exits from the external continuation of this tube. Pretty sure that’s a float switch just before the hose exits through the wall. If you could let me know if it needs changing or if it’s effectively placed or even a float switch at all. Most confusingly, instead of liquid coming from the drain tube on the exterior of the building, it leaks into an exterior gutter box and rain pipe directly on the other (external) side of the corner with the rising damp. So either the leak from the drain tube flooded through to the gutter or the gutter overflow leaked inside and into the corner of my room. The room is the first floor of a terrace house, the gutter is quite high up and you’ll probably need a ladder. Think it was 18m, might be under estimating that height The other (interior) side of the wall does not and has not even had this issue with rising damp and it does not have an AC unit running a drain hose at a 90 degree angle through it, although it is as close in proximity to the gutter overflow box on the other side of the wall on the external of the building. Confirm my worries about the hose, otherwise it’s back to worrying about the roof

Upgrade air conditioner to smaller unit - small gap adjacent to previous unit (hole and screw hole) requires plastering and painting over gap - see images

Need a technician to come check whats wrong with my ac as it stop working and quote too replace new one ( if cant fix ) 9kw unit I think.
