This is a clean swap of a broken Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 5kw split unit for another MHI 5kw split unit. I want to use the current piping/electrics joining the units. Location is ground floor, easy access, outside unit about thigh high, and I can assist in lifting the new one/taking off the broken one. Thanks, Joel

We have ducted air conditioning and the inside unit is in a tricky spot in the loft. We have water backing up from the drain and spilling into the floor (and through the ceiling below) Last time this happened it was just the drain outlet that needed to be flushed and unblocked. We're hoping we can find someone with the flushing tool to clear the drain.

Install 1 x Daikin 2.5kw system brand new. Already purchased so need to supply.

For now it’s just to come out and inspect the office ducted Air Conditioning system and provide a recommendation on what needs to be done. It’s working but not very well.

Daikin split air conditioner unit is not working. Diagnostic shows an E1 error which I think means ‘defective connection of inside/outside relay wires’. Could also mean ‘deceptive outdoor unit pcb’. I have air conditioning split system indoor and outdoor units. They used to be in use, but a few years ago a previous tenant of the commercial commercial property where the installation is required in deinstalled the indoor unit. The outdoor unit is still installed on the roof of the building and all required piping and wiring go through the roof to the office area where the indoor unit is required to be installed and connected.
