You cannot go wrong with Rodel. If you require service excellence he is your contractor for the job. From communication leading up to the task and prior to arrival, to arriving on time (10min) early. Provided a detailed brief on the service he will be doing, and updates of issues found. Our unit is only 2yrs old so we expected no installation issues, however with Rodel’s extensive experience he informed me of errors that should not have happened with the installation contractors. We also have new borns to work around which Rodel happily ensured indoor tasks were prioritised. Will 100% have Rodel as my regular service provider and will refer him to my friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6stars

The switch controlling the ACs tripped once and since then one of the air conditioners is not working. The light turns on to green when switched on, however, nothing else happens. It periodically makes a ‘single’ knock sound. However, nothing happens.

We have an actron ducted system and keep getting an E 9 and E 3 error codes. Something to do with the gas? I think it needs re gassing. It needs an air conditioning professional to come and service. We have tried all of the trouble shooting and it’s not working. Would also require a service warranty for any parts that have been replaced.
