My split system air conditioner in the living room has started dripping water from the front of the unit today. I need a technician to inspect and fix the issue.

The air conditioner is switching on and off automatically without any user unput.No timers or settings have been changed. Issue is intermittent and ongoing.

Air conditioning filter cleaning. External fan sound check.

Hitachi ducted reverse cycle AC 2007 model for the 2 storey house, regased in 2018 for 5kw then regased recently 2.5kgs of Refrigerant Ru10A, cleaned filter and the vantilation fans working outdoor. However cooling only work in one third of the area upstairs. The heating mode just blowing mild air and not working, the heating not working effectively anywhere Found pipe disconnect in the attic.
