My ducted air conditioning system is experiencing issues: it produces airflow but does not cool when set to low fan mode. Additionally, there is no airflow at all when switched to high fan mode. Need investigate and repair these problems. Photo attached

The air conditioner was running fine but suddenly stopped without any noise and Microprocessor Operating Panel blanked out. We cannot use the panel for on-off and cannot start the AC. There was no power tripping. The model is Actron Air SRE22 with condenser serial number 49313. The external Actron Air unit has two fans with openings at the top.
