Mitsubishi air con has started leaking after last couple of hot days. filters has always kept clean, water pump works well. Not sure where the blockage is. The drain is on the roof going though the ceiling. I could also see some drips on the ceiling, please see attached.

I’m in need of some help to remove an old box air conditioner. I have removed the screws and some parts of the air conditioner to lighten it for removal, however it is still too heavy for me to remove myself. Hoping someone can give me a hand. The inner box seems to be stuck and I can’t budge it, so hoping someone who has had some experience removing one of these before can come and give me a hand. It is quite high off the ground (about 2.5-3m) so will need someone very strong to help ensure it doesn’t fall and damage my floors. I’m also open to someone with an angle grinder willing to cut the outer box frame from the outside and removing it that way too.

Need someone qualified to shorten/straighten the a/c piping, reconnect the unit and anything else that needs to be done before we can start using the split system again. I moved the brackets holding the external condenser unit up the wall as it was previously on the floor and blocking the footpath. Its now in the position as shown in the photo provided.
