Need an experienced and reliable handyman to carry out several repairs to exterior and interior of a new property purchase. These are issues that were identified during a pre purchase report. 1. Stairs on outside of property with a number of planks that are warped and needs to be nailed down 2. Part of fence at front of property that has collapsed, 3. Damage to ceiling around downlight located at rear entry of property 4. Crack in plasterboard wall in laundry area, there may be some additional plasterboard cracking in the living area as well. 5. Loose tapware in the bath area 6. Hole in weatherboard wall in exterior of house towards southern orientation. All materials will have to be sourced and supplied by the handyman as well as we do not reside in Launceston ourselves. There are currently tenants in the property until the end of May so repairs will need to be coordinated with our property manager. At this stage we do not have any more photos and information other than what is provided here by our pre purchase building inspector, if additional inspection is required before a final quote we can coordinate with the property manager to ask for access to the property for further inspections.
