Room needs to gyprocked and ready for paint

Some gyprock is sagging under the carport and needs repair/replace.

There is a small hole in the wall that needs replastering and patched. The hole is approximately 300mm x 300m in size and approximately 200mm from the floor

Please state your price for the following tasks replying to my post, and make an offer on the first task to start: 1. Build a gyprock wall with sound proof insulation as per attached dimensions. 2. Replace pool pump enclosure timber including the lid. 3. Cut door latches and install handles supplied by me ( 4 off). 4. Replace pool deck timber slats (10 off). ***Exclude painting for the above. There are more more minor works that will need to be discussed and completed once we proceed with the above. Thank you
