Hello need some gyprock work done on ceilings - living rm, 2 bedrooms (1 includes removal of a ventilator). also a water damaged door frame needs replacing and a new door fitted (this will be supplied - see photo) along with the removal of the water damage on the wall. Please list what work you would do in completing this task. If you're a handyman, have some other work as well. This is now urgent - want it done next couple of weeks.

Demo’d some walls recently. Need someone to come remove existing fixtures and cornice, then patch or replace damaged ceiling. Backing is light steel frame, which appears to be in good shape. When referencing the image, it is the area painted white, approximately 4Mx2M.
