Measure Existing House & Update CAD Drawings I have an existing residential renovation on the Gold Coast with completed architectural drawings and CAD files. I need an experienced CAD draftsperson to: - Attend the property and check the existing house measurements against the current drawings. - Identify any dimensional discrepancies, generally expected to be relatively minor (e.g. 50–100mm). - Correct the dimensions and geometry in the existing CAD drawings where required. - Issue updated CAD and PDF drawings promptly. - Potentially assist with ongoing dimensional checks against supplier shop drawings for items such as stairs, windows, joinery and stone. The existing drawings are substantially complete. The main objective is simply to verify the existing measurements and correct the drawings to accurately reflect the site. Please advise your experience, CAD software used and availability to attend the property. Approx 600sqm house

Hi! I’m looking for someone who is very familiar with Adobe and Lightroom to help me sort out my accounts and subscriptions. I currently have Adobe subscriptions linked to different accounts, including an old TAFE/Teams account, and I want to cancel the subscriptions I no longer need and move everything over to my new Lightroom account. My biggest concern is making sure I don’t lose any of my existing photos, edits, presets or Lightroom work during the process. I’ve already spoken with Adobe but I’m finding the different accounts and subscriptions quite confusing, so I’d really like someone who knows Adobe well to guide me through it step-by-step. Ideally, I want to finish with one Adobe/Lightroom account, one subscription, all my existing work safely accessible, and no unnecessary monthly charges.

Logo and branding for a new design studio Description Hi, I'm starting a new design studio and I'm looking for someone to create my logo and basic branding. I'd rather not share the name publicly yet, so I'll tell the person I choose once we're set to go, and I'll ask them to keep it to themselves until I launch. I want it to feel warm and a bit editorial, but not trendy. Something that will still look good in ten years. I like simple, but it should still have some presence. The colour palette is about 90% locked in. It's neutral only, mostly ivory and off-white with a soft brown, and no accent colour. I'll share it with you once we start, so the logo should be designed to work within it. I'm open to small tweaks if you think something needs adjusting, but I'm not looking for a new palette. What I need: A main logo A smaller version or monogram for things like Instagram and email signatures Final palette with hex codes (this is just confirming and tidying what I already have) Font suggestions (please check they're licensed for business use) Final files in PNG, SVG and PDF, in colour and black and white A short one or two page guide on how to use it all One thing I'm strict about: no AI. Please don't use AI image generators or AI logo makers for any part of this, and no stock templates or pre-made marks. I want something you've actually designed. Once I've paid, I'll need full ownership of the work. When you reply, please send a link to your portfolio, how many concepts and revisions you include, and how long you think it will take. Budget: $ Timeframe:
