1. Cut access into the downstairs kitchen ceiling/cabinetry (as needed) to inspect the plumbing/waste pipes beneath both upstairs bathrooms. 2. Run each shower individually and test thoroughly to identify which bathroom(s) is/are leaking, and pinpoint the exact source (e.g. waste pipe joint, P-trap, pipe connection). 3. Repair/reseal/replace the faulty plumbing component(s) causing the leak(s). 4. Re-test after repair to confirm the leak(s) have stopped before closing up. 5. Once confirmed fixed, patch and reinstate the ceiling/cabinetry and any wall sections opened for access, to a neat, presentable finish (plastering/painting touch-up if required). I have a pathway which has been excavated. I want it to match my other pathway which is an exposed concrete supplied by Boral. The cost per cubic meter delivered is approx $510 per cubic meter for the 32mpa with 1 bag of artic oxide added with 7mm Arctic white Aggregate, but please verify that for yourself (any adjustment based on this pricing is fine). The incomplete part of the path is approx 31m square. This is allowing measurements to be taken at the widest points. The path will have a 90degree curve approx half way along. Measurements are 1st section 9.5m x 1.45, second section 9m x 1.4. Both sections 1 and 2 will have a slight taper on either outside or inside sections on one side as per drawing. The incompleted section of path is 2.2 at its widest point x 1.8m. My generous calculations came in at 31m square. Just round it off to a nice round cubic meterage, if the depth is 130mm on average which should be plenty, it works out at 4 cubic meters equating to approx $2000 delivered. You need to add metal reinforcement, supports and plastic sheet and some crusher dust for the base,(not much as its fairly reasonably flat). You supply labour, as I am now injured (the reason I cant complete it). The supplier MUST BE BORAL to match colours as best as possible. You are welcome to come and do a site visit to take levels etc, take your own measurements. I do have a front end loader available to fix any levels if needed or help spread the cusher dust etc. Access is good.

We literally JUST had a termite inspection and everything was all good we've recently discovered this any professionals on here after a side gig??
