1) Door thread has worn so just needs reattaching with new thicker screws. 2) Latch has come off gate. Have new latch, just need it drilled into place.

Parts from Bunnings should cost around $200 or less. May need to install plank on fence for hinges the same as in photo. Space size approx 1220mm wide, gate height to be 900mm min. Repair a mhouse remote operated electric sliding front gate. When you use the remote to open the gate the motor starts, but the geared turning cog does not engage with the toothed rod on the bottom of the gate without an initial nudge. I am looking to have it adjusted/repaired.

Driveway gate has rusted through hinges on both gates. Looking to replace all four hinges on two gates with new corrosion proof hinges. This will require removal of existing hinges and gate should open and close correctly (open inward to property)
