Specific details are below: - Sweep up all areas around the exterior of the house, including the front entrance, internal bedroom balcony, 2 different sets of outdoor stairs, alleyway, back tiled area etc. There's leaves and foliage so you will need to be able to sweep and dispose of this - Weed side alleyway and tidy up generally - Mow backyard, clear leaves & any debris under hedges & generally give the small yard a tidy up (such as hosing down fencing to clear some cobwebs, raking soil under hedges etc) - Clean down aluminum slats and doors around internal bedroom balcony (both sides) - Clear out rubbish, clutter from outdoor deck storage (rubbish can be thrown in the council collection pile at the house, no need to remove from property) - Sweep the double car garage - Hose down / clean the tiled area in the backyard Due date: Needs to be done on Friday 19th November 2021

The back yard of a strata building has become overgrown with weeds.
