as above, some branches to prune 5 trees, few banana trees to come out, cut edge around 3 trees, thin out fern in three small narrow garden beds and remove grass. should take about 4 hrs. Good if have large trailer to remove rubbish and either retic saw or small chain saw banana trees about 4-5.
