End of Lease Garden Tidy-Up - Floreat. Flexible on date before 21st or on 21st if possible but not too long before. Looking for someone to do a final garden tidy-up before lease handover. The property has already had an end-of-lease garden clean completed a couple of weeks ago, but due to recent rain there are some small weeds coming back through the paving cracks that need removing and some moss and just a general tidy around. Tasks include: • Remove small amount of weeds from paving cracks on driveway and pathways and small amount of weeds from a relatively small section out back • Leaf blow and general tidy-up of outdoor areas • Light pressure washing of approximately 4 wide front steps and small amount of paving • General check to ensure the outdoor areas are neat and presentable for final inspection - Mow of a small ish lawn if you think it’s needed but probs not needed Please note: • This is not a full garden makeover • No major pruning, mowing or heavy gardening required • Property is generally tidy and just needs a final touch-up before handover Please bring your own equipment, including a leaf blower and pressure washer if required. Recovering from surgery so haven't done the lawns or a good tidy up for a few weeks.
