I have a small courtyard in Osbourne Park. It needs a good sweep and there are a couple of cobwebs that need to go as well. In the front yard there are about 3 plants that need to be dug up and thrown in the bin and new plants put in their place. Carport needs a quick sweep also. And cobwebs out front. Will take less than 2 hours. Needs to done one day this week.

There are two garden beds and a patio in the front and a courtyard and two garden beds along the fence in the back area. They all require a general garden cleanup. Must be available to do the job on one of the following days: Wed 18th Nov or Thurs 19th. Detailed tasks: # Please weed, tidy up and clear out leaves from all garden beds. Thanks. # Cut back and remove all dead branches and plants from garden beds. # Please sweep / blow and/or hose the front patio, back court yard, sides of house and driveway. # Weed all the paths, driveway & garage (except west side path) # Please check the front & back reticulation system - check that all the nozzles are fitted, spraying in the right direction and in working order. # Cut off lower tree fern throngs. # Please tie up (and stake if necessary) all palms, tree ferns, frangipanis. # Cut back branches off the roof and gutters. # Please dig up the frangipani that is leaning over the path and put it in a plastic bag. # Depending on what we discuss, please spread out and even up, the density of the plants in the two front beds. Aesthetically wise, feel free to thin out the garden bed in front of the patio. It is rather crowded in places with huge vegetation. If you take out a large plant from there would you please transplant it into an empty space in the other front bed. For instance, perhaps there are too many tree ferns in the first bed? Maybe plants could be moved around a bit? Looking at the beds from an aesthetic point of view - what are your thoughts on plant placement? We may even need to sell some! # Put little stakes in & tie up most of the plants in the back garden beds - I want to encourage them to grow towards the fence, not towards the light and the brick paving. # Please remove all dead tiger grass foliage. # Cut tiger grass off at approx 30 cm above fence height. # Please re-tie tiger grass somewhere between knee & hip height and then re-tie the tiger grass to the fence as tight as possible. # Re-tighten the two grip things to keep the palms off the fence. # Please cut back and remove the dead undergrowth and tidy up the plants in the four blue pots out the back. # Dig into a stump which is along the back fence next to the ivy blue pot. I’ll be painting a poison onto the stump to kill the tree. # Please put all clippings/ rubbish etc in the big bin first and then the garbage bags provided. Place the bags neatly in the front patio area. Thank you very much!

Hello lovelies! The previous tenants left the garden a mess and I hate looking at it but I wouldn't have a clue what to do to fix it so I'm seeking a talented gardener to tidy it up and remove the weeds. The front and back courtyard need attention. Both small areas. I will add photos of what needs to be done :)
